Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on our website and are subject to the Tekno Surgical Ltd. terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately via email.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this e-mail will only be an
acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you
confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation
e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.



Account
To open an account simply fill in our online registration form with your contact details including your email address.


Ordering
Once you have entered your personal details including debit/credit card information, and have proceeded past the checkout stage of the purchase process, it is deemed that you wish to purchase the product or products in the shopping cart. It is also assumed that you wish to have your debit/credit card deducted accordingly.

Delivery
We are proud to acknowledge that we deliver all orders promptly. Orders received weekdays (excl Bank Holidays) before 3pm will be delivered the next business day.
If for some reason your order doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us. Please see Shipping Information for more details.



Pricing
All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be deducted from your debit/credit card. If you are purchasing using a
non-Euro credit card (e.g. sterling) the exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Tekno Surgical. Prices may be adjusted without notice.
